As part of the main National Canal Structure, the Wilhelminakanaal passes the City of Tilburg. Over a period of years, Forum was hired by Heijmans Infra and the Rijkswaterstaat (State Agency for Infra Structure) to design parts of the new sluice complex called Sluis 3. Part of it stayed an historical monument and was renovated . Forum designed a new bridge, office building and was responsible for the over-all design of the whole complex and surrounding landscape.
