Maximilian Center Bonn is a double shopping mall, over and underground, serving the Central Station of Bonn area and connecting Subway and Bus Stations to the inner city of Bonn. The highly ingenious project started in 2008 and survived the economical crisis due to the power of the project developer and builder Ten Brinke TBI and the ongoing energy and efforts to explain the concept to the local community and legislation by Forum architects & planners. The project has started with a very complicated demolition phase on a highly sensitive location.
