The redevelopment of the former old industrial location in a housing area started already 8 years ago. Forum brought 5 different owners together to redevelop their old, rundown and sometimes already closed small businesses, with the full support of the city of Loon op Zand and legislation from the Provincie Noord-Brabant. Over many years various scheme where investigated and in the end about 75 family house are built and all sold in a very sort period of time, showing the need for this development in a growing market. The design is based on a highly appreciated rural housing style, with a lot of variation in volume and facades.
