Forum architects & planners is immediately looking for a full-time all-round independent BIM engineer with expert knowledge to expand the team. As an architectural firm, we are involved in a variety of projects, mainly in the Netherlands & Germany, but also in several other European countries.

Job description
As a BIM modeler and project leader, you organize and can assess several projects at the same time. You manage projects independently and integrally, from the initiative phase, through design and construction preparation to realization. You coordinate the work to be performed with the internal organization and you are responsible for completing the sub-assignments as a team or otherwise. As a project leader, you monitor the progress of the projects, as well as the quality and communicate with the various external parties and the client. Your position within the group and within the market is based on professional knowledge, persuasiveness and image.

BIM modeler job requirements

• HBO Bouwkunde
• at least 3 years of experience with Revit
• experience with BIM is an advantage
• extensive knowledge of the Building Decree and relevant legislation & regulations
• positive and motivating style of communication
• enterprising, enthusiastic and energetic
• structured and accurate
