At the Lourdesstraat in Tilburg a landmark rises: the Lourdestoren. A wellknown tower for the inhabitants of Tilburg, which belonged to the Lourdeschurch. After the church burned down in 2007, it became a monument. We got the chance to create a small residential project at the site. Around the tower we designed 2 apartments. A modern design which embraces the tower but is an autonomous object at the same time.
