The well-known printing company Gianotten at the Bredaseweg will be replaced by 43 houses. In assignment of Residentie Bredaseweg CV we’re working on this project, which is a great example of working with existing structures. The Bredaseweg near the city centre is a fine web of dwellings and small shops organized in a tight grid. The demolition of Gianotten will leave a big gap and working together with the Gemeente Tilburg we came up with a plan that connects to the surrounding buildings. The new plan consists of 37 apartments and 6 rowhouses, a parking lot and a garden. We hope this project will fit perfectly in the existing structure of the Bredaseweg.
