TILBURG – The least attractive part of Korvel is finally being tackled with the plans for Corvellaar. The dilapidated industrial estate on Laarstraat will feature 10 apartments and 13 townhouses with commercial space. The great interest in this combination even surprised developer René van den Berg of LBB Vastgoed.
